The Santiago's Stock Market Trading, founded on November 27, 1893, is the Principal centre of Stock Exchange operations of Chile. In the year of its creation, there were 329 anonymous corporations, principally miners. Its transactions are shares, bonds, foreign currency and ADRs. The building, seat of its operations, was constructed by the architect Emilio Jécquier,and it was declared National Monument in 1981. National Monument
