Llanquihue lake (place submerged in mapudungun language), is a lake in Chile located in the X Region of The Lakes It has an extension of 86,000 hectares and it’s the second largest lake of Chile after the General Carrera. It has a maximum depth of 350 m and it is located at an altitude of 70m above the sea level. Tourist Destination - X Region of Chile:: VR 360 ::Near its banks there are picturesque cities that had an important tourist development such as Puerto Varas, Frutillar, Puerto Octay and Llanquihue and towns like Las Cascadas or Ensenada.
